How do you know how many hours my space will take?

We estimate it on the free consultation, after seeing the room on video and hearing what is stored in it. The estimate is a range rather than a single number, because volume is the variable and nobody can judge that from a photograph. We update it after the first session, when we know how quickly decisions are being made.

Is there a minimum booking?

Four hours for in-person sessions and one hour for virtual sessions. Four hours is roughly the point at which a small space can be emptied, sorted and rebuilt in one visit rather than left half-finished overnight.

Do you mark up the containers and products?

No. You buy them directly, at whatever they cost, and we give you a sourced list with sizes and quantities. Plenty of projects need very little, because the right answer is often using what is already in the house differently.

Hourly work is invoiced after each session. Packages are paid before the first session and the hours are drawn down as we use them, with unused hours valid for twelve months.

What if I need to reschedule?

Move a session with at least 48 hours notice and there is no charge. Inside 48 hours we ask for half the session, because the day is already blocked out for you.

Package hours are billed at the one-organizer rate. If a session needs two organizers, it draws down two hours from the package for every hour worked, which still costs less than the hourly team rate.
